Are the modern storage buildings fully assembled or do I need to hire someone to assemble it?

All of our storage buildings are delivered fully assembled and ready for use.

Do you Deliver and how far?

We will deliver and level the storage building on Concrete blocks.  Delivery and setup is free within 35 miles. There may be an additional charge for further mileage.

Do I need a permit for my storage building?

That varies by municipality, city or county.  Check with your local permit office to see what the requirements are for your location.  They will provide you with an application for a permit if needed and let you know the process you need to take.

How long does it take to get a Modern Storage Building after purchase?

All Modern storage buildings that are in stock have a delivery time of 2 to 6 business days.  Buildings. Buildings that need to be ordered have a delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks.
